At Ashwadeep Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and consumable products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product is defective or leaked
- The wrong product was delivered
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
🔹 Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Product images (clearly showing damage/defect)

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

If your product arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery or contact us immediately with photos.
